2 Weeks on the Farm

The chicks have been here for two weeks now and they are growing quickly! They are getting feathers everywhere and their texture changes daily.  We try to hand feed them, talk to them, and spend as much time as possible with them each day, we want them to be socialized. We also bring them out for Clarence to get used to.  He is curious about them and usually tries to sniff and lick them, he once even brought them a piece of his food. Kylie LOVES the baby chicks. She spends her weekends here constantly petting, holding, feeding, and watching them.  This weekend we even had them outside for their first short outing!
