Cucumber Dressing
I had one, yes only one cucumber grow in my garden this year! We hosted a graduation party in early June so I got such a late start on my garden that it just wasn’t my year. I will try again next year! :)
How did we enjoy that one cucumber this year? My favorite way of course, drowning in ranch dressing. Not the ranch in the bottle, but the kind you mix up.
This is the recipe I follow from their bottle:
Ingredients:
1 1/2 Tablespoons Ranch Seasoning
1/2 Cup of Mayonnaise
1/2 Cup of Milk
Salt & Pepper to Taste

Directions:
Put all ingredients in a bowl.
Mix well (I use a whisk).
Cut & add cucumber.
Refrigerate if desired.
Salt & Pepper.
Serve.
I choose to add the cucumbers right to the dressing and let them soak in it, but you pour it on top. It can also be used as a dressing for other vegetables, a salad etc.
