Homemade Pizza Quick & Easy
Looking for a quick simple dinner idea? Give this quick and easy homemade pizza recipe a try.
This lunch, dinner or snack can be prepared with only a few ingredients and feeds even the pickiest of eaters. Better yet it can be easily made using alternate ingredients you have on hand or prefer instead!
Directions
Take out frozen pizza dough and allow it to thaw and rise a little. I put mine in an oven save dish, covered with with plastic wrap, and let it sit under my oven lights, to quicken the process. As an alternative I have used normal bread dough or even english muffins and made "pizza wheels."
Preheat over to 425 Fahrenheit degrees.
Put oil or flour over the pizza pan. (I keep my olive oil in a reusable spray bottle).
Stretch dough. Spray with oil.
Place cheese, sauce, and pepperoni on dough. This can be done in any order preferred and also with other ingredients, for example bbq chicken, plain cheese, bacon, spaghetti sauce, etc.
Bake at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-15 minutes depending on how done you like your pizza.
Allow to cool.
