Team Hockey Bows
I created these absolutely adorable Team Hockey Bows for my step-daughters most recent tournament swag bags!
They are perfect for hockey players, moms, aunts, grandmas, sisters, coaches, or anyone who wants to support the team! I created them on a hair clip so these bows can be clipped into hair, onto a purse or bag strap and more.
They are easy to make but if you are not a DIY person you can find them in my Etsy Shop!

Directions:
I started the bows by cutting one inch white Grosgrain Ribbon approximately five inches long. I then folded it in half and cut little triangles out of each end.
Next I used my Cordless Hot Glue Gun to layer Hockey Ribbons, Waxed Hockey Skate Laces
1/8 inch Double Faced Satin Ribbon, 3/8 inch Boutique Polka Dot Fabric Ribbon and Colorful Wave Bending Fringe Trim on top of one another trying to crisscross them so each would show a little between the others.
Once all of the layers were arranged the way I liked I used pieces of the Waxed Hockey Skate Laces to secure the layers together and line the inside of the Slide-In Hair Clips.
I added a Round Magnet to the middle of the bow with the glue gun and wrote the player number on the magnet using Sharpie Metallic Markers.
The final thing I did was heat seal the ends of all of the ribbons using a lighter to prevent fraying.
